I am suggesting this entry should be tagged [obsc] (or possibly [arch]) to distinguish it from ほくとしちせい which is standard terminology.
I have asked scientifically-educated native speakers and they have never heard or read "しちせい" being used on its own to refer to the Big Dipper.
