Yes, a couple of other Japanese linguistics references call it that.
My earlier "???" was an attempt to elicit a more meaningful submission than a single URL of a Wikipedia page. The expectation is that submissions include a proposed amendment or at least a useful comment on what might/could/should be added or changed.

自発 also has a grammatical meaning, similar to passive voice, but
different. I think this was made clear from the Wikipedia article. 
I don't understand what the gratuitous use of question marks is 
supposed to convey.
