It seems that, as an extension of the "polish off" sense, perhaps it can mean 
"eliminate; get rid of". I'm not sure, but that's what it seems to mean here:
気になる足（太もも・足の甲・指先）のむだ毛も思いのままに仕上げることが出来る！
