Any reason this should *not* be glossed in the same way as we gloss 甲乙 and 甲乙丙丁?

It might be nice to have an editorial policy on the oxford comma, at least to know a preference moving forward. (Maybe we don't want to edit existing entries just over this...)

I usually include it, but have left it out for consistency with the related entries.
