	Refs:	I agree it should be "state" (for Germany) and "canton" (for Switzerland) etc. in the 州 entry. I don't think "major national administrative units" is a good gloss because it's an explanatory gloss when real translations can be used.

	Comments:	Isn't it inconsistent to have Land, Kanton and oblast in the 州 entry, but "county" here for the Norwegian fylke, and "province" for the Italian provincia? I think we should stick to English translations (e.g. canton), and not attempt to list too many. How about "major national administrative units, e.g. county, province, department, etc."

	Comments:	I think it'd be better to have "county; department; province" - actual glosses, instead of an explanatory translation. I don't think the fact there's an overlap in the English glosses with 州 is a problem. From an ei-wa perspective, perhaps, but I don't know that the current gloss really does anything to clear things up. I don't think we should have an xref to しゅう.
