Meaning #8 refers to the entry for 指を詰める, and its meaning "to jam (one's finger in a door, etc.)"; however, that is not the meaning listed on the page for 指を詰める. There it says "to catch one's finger (in a door, etc.)".  To "jam" one's finger is something different in English (at least as I've heard it).
