i really don't see what is gained by adding 'prana' here. it's an ambiguous term that sometimes means 'breath' and sometimes means the vital force.
IMO the best solution is to keep them separate:
プラーナ = prana
気息 = breath (which in certain contexts can mean 'prana', just as in english) |

It says that "prana" is often translated as 気息 but I think we need other sources to back that up before adding it as a sense here. |

I don't think that page says that 気息 means prana. It's explaining what the Sanskrit source
