salisbury steak was a childhood favourite of mine. never been sure of the difference, to be honest. seems like it might just be the type of sauce? but both english and japanese wiki have them on separate pages, so it makes sense |

Can we drop the Salisbury steak? I'd never heard of it, no Japanese reference seems to associate it with ハンバーグ, and I've never seen a dish like it in Japan. |
