You need to be aware that the n-grams are cumulative. The 4-gram 風呂+に+入+る is embedded in occurrences of お風呂に入る.
Given that お風呂に入る is about twice as common as 風呂に入る without the "お", I think this entry should stay the way it was.
A case could be made for お風呂から上がる on the same grounds, although the expression is nothing like as common.

I think the non-honorific form should be the default for expressions if the honorific form isn't vastly more common, if we're choosing to only have one or the other. We have 1906660 as 風呂から上がる so I suggest we have the non-honorific form here as well.
