"unc" is fine (change th eothers if yo like). Not sure about "obs". I certainly wouldn't apply it to 々.

Given that this is just a symbol it should be [unc] right?
Also, there's no reading for this symbol.
Is [obs] appropriate here? Kana repetition marks aren't used in modern Japanese (except to write things like company names, e.g. いすゞ).
Same questions apply to other 踊り字 (ゞ,ヽ,ヾ,々, etc.)
