smk has a poetic (雅) tag on 月読み.
smk, daijr/s, koj, etc. have a second reading (つきよみ).
I'm not sure where 月弓 came from. Nikk mentions it (つくゆみ) in its entry for 月読尊. I say we drop it unless there's a good ref.
