see comments on 歌枠. Notably, 雑談 and 雑談枠 seem largely interchangeable in video/stream titles, 雑談 being more common. Both, in this context, are most commonly in English "just chatting". They indicate that the streamer isn't playing games, or doing any other particular activity(which the streamer would usually be performing). They are "just chatting" with their audience for that particular session.
"chat stream" is straightforward, but is significantly less common by comparison. We don't usually translate [n] as English [expr], but that's essentially what I'm suggesting. (stream) kind-of works around this... |
