	Refs:	Reverso (almost always has either "limited liability company" or "LLC"). Wikipedia says this is the form based on US, etc. models and replaced the 有限会社;
	Comments:	I think this is how it goes best in English. If we want "GK" too we'd better include "Gōdō Kaisha".

	Refs:	Just noticed that Amazon Japan is a 合同会社 https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amazon.co.jp "for small businesses" is probably not very helpful/correct. nipp daijs don't mention size. nipp says 合同会社は、2005年（平成17）に成立した会社法により新たな事業体として創設された会社で、定款所定の出資額を限度とする間接有限責任を負うにすぎない社員だけで構成される一元的組織の会社である I can't really decipher it.
