OK, as suggested I've added it as an [sk] reading in the より entry (1013190).
It's an odd one - it's the sole ligature in the Unicode hiragana block. AFAIK it's not in the JIS kana tables.

This makes it look like a kanji with the reading より. I think it either needs to be a reading or put in a note on the より entry (where it could be added as an sk form so that it's searchable).
Since it's kana, I don't think there's any issue with putting it in the readings field.

I don't think we can regard the Unicode ゟ ligature as a reading. Maybe this will work. (The database software doesn't like it being treated as a kanji either.)

Maybe the entry should redirect to より? Anyway, I think that all kana ligatures should eventually be in the JMdict, just like the obsolete kana such as ゑ. Although dated, they're part of Japanese and of Unicode. They can be seen in the wild.
