Comments: | Good. I think 20% is fine for expressions and 交ぜ書き for the forms favouring kana. If the counts for 気が乗る and 気がのる were reversed I don't think I'd hide the 気が乗る form. I'm planning on drafting a section for the editorial policy covering the sK/rK/etc. brigade and the criteria for their application. |

Comments: | From a fork: A* 2024-01-08 00:18:05 Marcus Richert I think mazegaki forms can be hidden at 20% even. |

Comments: | I agree. For forms that only differ in kana usage (hiragana/katakana, 交ぜ書き, etc.), I'm in favour of a minimum threshold of at least 20%. I don't think keeping these relatively uncommon forms visible is particularly helpful, especially when the word only contains jōyō kanji. |

Comments: | We've been using it regularly on such forms in [exp] entries. I think it's a big waste of users' time and attention to tell them that 乗る can be written with kana here when it's not even that common. |

Comments: | Are people comfortable with sK for forms with > 10% in the n-grams? It's higher than the threshold we'd agreed on in 2022. |
