Thanks, I thought I saw something like that. We are indeed very inconsistent about it, though. You can find a bunch by searching for readings that contain "・" with the [abbr] tag.
I also wondered about the capitalization with kiloliter. All of my other refs only have kl and sometimes kL. Probably okay to omit it after all. |

I wonder about the capitalization of the romaji for "kiloliter". The kokugos in their 「キロリットル」 entries say 「記号 kl」. jawiki has it as "kL". We have 「ｋｇ 」 at 2859360. |

I don't remember if we have a policy against using [abbr] with initialisms, but it looks like we're currently using the tag in many such entries.
Daijisen calls it a 略.
Daijirin has ＫＬ with 'Kiloliter' and 'KLM-Royal Dutch Airlines' meanings. |
