Comments: | maybe just a+b, but I feel like 「上の人を出せ!」 ("let me talk to your superior!") is something of a setphrase (though bing/google results don't really support that). Also the meaning might not be immediately apparent from the individual parts. __ Just from the eij sentences though, it's apparent it could also for example mean "upstairs neighbour", which could be an additional sense, if you find the entry is worth keeping. |
