- Is 中華そば really soba (buckwheat noodles), or is it in fact just ramen?
- It seems that at least the "ramen" sense should be moved to the start of
the definition.
- I think it's another example (like やきそば) where "soba" refers to noodles,
*not* specifically buckwheat noodles. |
