The newest edition of sankoku (but not the older ones) has this as [vs,vt].

It also has a new colloquial sense ('to buy / purchase something important') that it says became popular in the 2010s. We might want to see if it sticks around before adding it, though.

prog: お迎えが参りました  A man has come to fetch you.

Daijs's definition isn't saying that it refers to the person, only that it shows respect for the person. The shinmeikai definition is for 迎え, not お迎え. But there's no reason to think that the polite form isn't used in the same way. Prog also has an example.
