Should this be [col]? Daijs marks the appearance of this sense on 提灯 itself as 俗.

While you can't always determine everything from web searches, I think the ngrams on はなちょうちん(7772) vs はなぢょうちん(0) are fairly definitive, regardless of daijs' oddball 洟提灯 entry. (twitter usage mirrors this)

I cannot help but think we'd be better off with [sk] on はなぢょうちん, at least until the day someone shows up with real-world experience to the contrary.

I picked [ok] for lack of a better option. If we take daijs' word that it used to exist, well, it seems obsolete now...
