すんません is listed as ibaraki, saitama, 
kumamoto, hokkaido, toyama, kagawa, fukuoka in 
this (unnamed) 方言辞典.

Presumably すいません is less formal but I agree that it's not really colloquial.
Apparently すんません is 関西弁 so I suggest merging it with the すんまへん entry.
Can we drop すぃません and スィマセン? I know the n-gram counts are quite high but so many words can be written with small kana. People do it to sound cute. It's not standard orthography and I think it looks out of place among the regular forms.

In spoken Japanese, I have a feeling "suimasen" isn't col. Should this really be tagged as such?
