Comments: | Both current glosses look like the elimination of people(I know annihilation can work both ways). The most natural gloss for 殲滅力 seems to be "destructive power". "to destroy" is actually more common than "to annihilate" or "to exterminate" on reverso. Moved "annihilation" to the front. It is better at capturing "things and people", and also seems more common as a gloss. Had "(complete) destruction" or "(total) destruction". (or absolute, or complete & total). I'm not sure any of that is necessary with the accompanying glosses. |
