daijisen (子供は風の子)
  子供は活発で、寒風が吹いていても戸外を駆け回って遊ぶものだということ。
sankoku (子どもは風の子)
  子どもはつめたい風の中でも平気で遊ぶものだ。

The full proverb is "子どもは風の子" ("children are children of the wind") meaning kids are people who will play outside without a care even if there's a cold wind blowing.
