Comments: | I wouldn't go out of my way to add this, but daijs has the relatively uncommon term 燻肉, so we have it as well. I'd like to mark 燻肉 as [rare] and point at something better, which would be this entry. (Searching book results vs. the internet, 燻肉 is not so uncommon in old books, so perhaps [dated]. Not common in modern books, unlike 燻製肉, which is). Not accounting for age, yourei shows 37 examples of 燻製肉, and 7 of 燻肉. I see that " (e.g. bacon)" was copied straight out of the daijs entry for 燻肉. I'm usually a fan of extra data in the glosses, but I am pretty sure "smoked meat" is clear enough to not need it. |
