I did my original searches for 吟醸純米, but the rational is identical:
Google search (a giant America Liquor store, can't browse from outside of the US so I use a google search)

The xref, if approved, should be [see=純米[2]] (I cannot create it)
純米酒 is overwhelmingly translated into English directly as "junmai sake" (or sometimes even junmai-shu/junmaishu).
We could create an [expl] here that reads:
[expl] sake made from only rice, kōji, and water, without the use of distilled alcohol
Or we could just let the xref solve the problem, which is basically what we do for the ginjo half of junmaiginjo |
