See comments on 純米酒 and 純米.  We're a glossing dictionary.  This is translated into English overwhelmingly as "junmai ginjō sake".  

xref, if approved, should be [see=純米[2]].

We've already used an [xref] to explain ginjō.  If we use an [xref] for 純米, we can forgo the [expl] entirely (my preference).

Otherwise, the "proper" [expl] would seem to be:
[expl] high-quality sake made from only white rice milled to 60%, kōji, and water, brewed by low temperature fermentation without the use of distilled alcohol

This could come up in other terms that use 純米 and/or 吟醸. (I have no intention of entering additional sake types, but I think there is an argument for doing so).
