This is not exactly [rare] on its own, but certainly an uncommon variant.  With the main entry juxtaposed with such a broad assortment of weird items, I wondered about the importance of the 王 suffix.  Turns out, 王 is not often used.  On balance, I feel like marking [rare] is the best way to say "don't use this, just use 梵天", but maybe the ngrams are too high for that...

For maintenance purposes (I'm going to add some comments on the xref), I think the xref is also useful.  This entry may need some additional changes with respect to the Buddhist version of this God.
