See comments on 砕石. not macadam.  Harmonizing "crushed rock" as the somewhat more common "crushed stone".  Alternatively, could say "crushed rock;crushed stone" on all of these entries. 

xref is vastly more common for "crushed stone".  Technically 割栗石 may identify a particular grade/size, but that's more than I want to get into.
