Not in the smaller kokugos. The examples in daijr/s are archaic.

Koj & Daijirin have the 柵;城 order; Nikk and Daijisen go the other way. It's not in any JEs.
  Comments:
Reverting. Could be [arch] or [hist]. It's odd as き is not regarded as either a regular on or kun reading for either kanji.

daij lists in the order 城/柵(き)
not present in sankoku for either kanji
furigana.info has no き examples for 柵. 7% of examples for 城 are き or キ.

柵 (さく、しがらみ、 しがら)

城 (quite a list, including き)

  Comments:
re-ordered kanji. Kind of want to mark this rare (certainly should be rare compared to other readings of 柵, not so sure about 城).

Not sure if it's worth changing, also not sure why our order should be backwards from daijs so went ahead. Especially to the extent that き may mean a "proper" fortress, it seems 城 *might* be more appropriate.
