It's not about exploiting an opportunity but rather behaving appropriately.
I took the above examples from Twitter.
Wikipedia thinks it's wasei and I agree. TPO is not used in English.
I don't think we need the unabbreviated form. It gets fewer than 200 googits and it's only used to explain what the letters stand for. |
