I very much doubt that this entry in its current state could cause offence and/or confusion. There are only two senses, and this is the preferred term when referring to milking of an animal. It would look odd leading with "breast pumping". |

Normally you order senses based on how common they are, correct? Doing it the other way here without a good reason risks alienating/offending users who happen upon the word as it is most commonly used. suddenly seeing "milking a cow or goat" in the context of human breastfeeding can offend people, but the opposite wouldn't. |

I'd leave it as-is. It's not really a distinct sense in that breast pumping is another form of milking. They could be merged. |
