I suspect that almost all those n-grams are names. Nikk is the only kokugo that has this. I don't think it's needed.
If a word is in none of the usual refs besides nikkoku, it's usually archaic or obsolete. A submission that cites nikk should ideally be supported by other references or evidence of non-archaic use.
Jim, could we add a note about nikk to the editorial policy? |
