Extensive comments already on the entries for 熱可塑性樹脂 and 熱可塑. In English "thermoplastic" as a noun and "thermoplastic resin" seem to be more-or-less synonymous.
I'm not sure if this is strictly "rare", but it is "rare in comparison" to the main usage 熱可塑性樹脂, and if choosing a translation for "thermoplastic[n]" 熱可塑性樹脂 seems to be the most desirable choice. |
