OK. I'll leave it to someone else to create a デカセギ entry.

"中南米でも「デカセギ」(ポルトガル語: decasségui、スペイン語:dekasegiと表現されることがある"
  Comments:
Most of the "migrant worker" translations on Reverso are 出稼ぎ労働者. 出稼ぎ (on its own) much more commonly refers to the act.
All the top online results for デカセギ are about Japanese Brazilians. I think it should be a separate entry.

Does "migrant worker (esp. from abroad)" make sense? Migrant workers are per definition not working in their home country.

  Comments:
Looking at this more closely, I think the modern usage is mostly for the "migrant worker" sense. Reverso has heaps of matches with that meaning and almost none of the "working away from home" sense. Also, the usage of でかせぎ and デカセギ is quite small. I don't really think it can be regarded as an abbreviation of 出稼ぎ労働者. As Daijisen has it "また、その人。". I see the one example sentence is for the "migrant worker" sense.
I suggest reversing the sense order.
