Comments: | does enforce(ment) actually add anything here? the word's usually used with laws and rules, and its dictionary meanings and the word 強行 don't seem to match to me? 見学を強行する or 発売を強行する or 併合を強行する don't make any sense if translated with "enforce" at least |
