According to Japanese Wikipedia (https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/半グレ) the term has been use by Tokyo police since 2013 for 半グレ groups. It's been also recently used by the media (sometimes with an explicit explanation that it means 半グレ). In スーパー大辞林 "準暴力団" just references "半グレ", without any additional information. The glosses are therefore the same as for 半グレ and I have also added a cross-reference to 半グレ. |
