I want to add I think "flesh color" should be the first listed meaning in the 肌色 entry.

"肌の色" appears to be the more common way of referring to the colour of one's skin. I think it's worth having.

We have "肌色 (はだいろ) (n,adj-no) (1) (one's) skin colour; skin color; skin tone"
You need to make a case using references and examples as to why 肌の色 is so different.

but it's different from 肌色 because it doesn't refer to a specific color - doesn't that make it worth recording?
