Is "口裂 - cytostome" not a mistake? The kanji don't appear to correspond to the meaning. I'm not seeing any relevant online results for "cytostome 口裂".

Yes, they are two different things and the EJs lead with 細胞口 for cytostome but most refs, including LSD, mix them up. I think a sense split is best, and I've proposed an entry for 細胞口.
