I don't think it should be rK. It's borderline in percentage terms and the absolute number is rather high. It appears in plenty of recent news articles.

A couple extra notes. Not necessarily anything that I think requires us to make changes.

* Iwakoku states 適確 is ateji.
* Oukoku and meikyo have some usage notes indicating that the "precise; accurate" meaning applies especially to 的確 and "appropriate; exactly the right" to 適確. The other kokugos and GG5 don't seem to make this distinction, though.
