I don't think we can fully convey the ...くる nuance without cluttering the entry.
Also, the word can be used by someone who has no connection with either the old location/school or the new location/school.
I think this is sufficient for a JE dictionary. |

I think the 入 should be included explicitly in the gloss. People from the old school or locale can't use this word, only the people from the new school or locale can
The kokugos all say 移って**くる** after all
Same applies to 転入生 |
