We do, but German and French use the Latin script natively. "kimch'i" is just one of several romanisations of 김치. In Yale Romanization it's "kimchi". In Revised Romanization it's "gimchi". As long of one of these romanisations is used as a gloss, I don't think we need to repeat it in the lsrc tag.

But we normally include capitalized German nouns in the lsrc even when the gloss is the same, don't we? and French when there's more accents.
