i think i agree with Marcus.  i've always been skeptical of the "the kanji/kana combo gets google hits so the kanji must be read that way" argument.  in this case, i suspect that 超田舎 would almost without exception be read as ちょういなか by a native speaker.  if it appears anywhere on the web as 超田舎[どいなか], i suspect どいなか is provided only to convey the writer's implied ~meaning~ (as ど田舎 is a more widely understood term than 超田舎), not to suggest that どいなか is actually a valid ~reading~ of 超田舎.

there may be less web support for the 超田舎[ちょういなか] combo simply because that is an extremely obvious reading, and there is therefore no need for anyone to spell it out.

since i think it's constructional, i'm not sure that 超田舎 needs to be an entry at all. but if it does, it should probably be as:
超田舎 [ちょういなか;どいなか[gikun]]

I'd be willing to bet my bottom dollar that 10/10 native 
speakers would only read 超田舎 as ちょういなか, so if this form 
needs to be recorded, I don't think this entry is the place 
for it.

I guess they are punning a bit, with the 超 meaning super/ultra. Still it's sort-of evidence for keeping it here. The alternative whould be to split it out, and I can't see grounds for that. It certainly gets enough ngram hits to be recorded somewhere, and I think this is the best place for it.

the thing with the porno though is that they include the
どいなか in hiragana, probably because without it everybody 
would assume it read ちょういなか

Originally we just had 怒田舎. Then Rene added ど田舎 and Hendrik added the others with the comment "methinks there is a sufficient number of Googits for each of the shown kanji versions to include those". 超田舎 is possibly a 変換ミス, but it's out there, and I can find some web-evidence for it being associated with どいなか, including that porn video we keep bumping into, whereas 超田舎/ちょういなか only gets weak support.
I'm inclined to leave it here with the "iK" tag.

I want to remove 超田舎... on bing, "超田舎" "どいなか" gets one 
hit for a porno. I'm sure 99% of the population (if not more) 
would read it as ちょういなか and not ど.
