As it's in shinmeikai, よわいする is probably worth recording (as a separate entry).
Given the low the ngram counts we wouldn't usually include いい齢して, but it might be worth having to prevent mismatches with the new 歯する/齢する entry.

A google image search for いい齢して shows it used in a few different manga.
In one image it has とし furigana (although it's quite blurry):

Maybe we can at least add an [iK] form to our entry for いい年して.

How about the [vs,vi] sense on this entry? I wouldn't object to dropping it.

I'd guess that 齢 is always read とし in in いい齢. There are plenty of instances of 齢 in Aozora Bunko that have とし as furigana, including the above "いい齢" example. We could add 齢 as an iK form to 年/とし (or いい齢 to いい年) but I don't think it's common enough.
