Does not seem to even have the meaning "double hat trick. " There's a few examples of this meaning "wearing two hats" e.g.

The original 2009 submission had "butterface, (but her face), a woman who has a good body but an unattractive face" and as a reference said "Page 29, "Using Japanese slang: A comprehensive guide"".
