Thank you for the correction, but the イケメン you're 
thinking of is a separate entry (id 1156496); this is a 
kanji pun on that word (and the gloss is correct). I 
don't know what dictionary app you're using but since 
this is tagged obsc, I assume most should display the 
other イケメン before this one.

I found this error in the Japanese App for Android. I have asked several of my Japanese friends, and everybody confirmed that イケめん stands for a very good-looking guy, not an exceptionally ugly one.
