I guess so, although it seems to be used for things like requiring employees to be vaccinated, which is not usually called harassment in English. |

Doesn't "harassment" work here?
I think it's better to describe it as an abbreviation of ワクチンハラスメント. ワクチン doesn't come from "vaccination". |

On raw Google hits ワクチンハラスメント seems more common. Maybe "pressure to be vaccinated" would be better. |
