I think that's a good point. It's really 疲れ appended to an abbreviated term for the whole damned thing rather than the illness or even just the virus.
I'll put the word "ephemeral" in the comments so we can search for these things later. |

I considered adding this word previously
(it's been around for a while now) but
decided against it because it's too
obvious, but I don't know, it's very much
part of the zeitgeist, might be nice to
include. Also the reading (づ rather than
つ) won't be obvious to learners...
(I'd be ok w it being rejected though) |
