We usually do a short disambiguation within brackets just for the first gloss even when there's several glosses. If it looked as if it was a 
wild card in hanafuda and a storm card in something else to you, I think it must have been the additional brackets on the 3rd gloss that was 
throwing you off. I don't think that information belongs in a note, unless we decide that's how we want to format all of our entries. 

And again, info on the English gloss isn't what we'd usually put inside brackets. I think it'd be good if we could come up with another way 
of relaying this type of information other than stuffing it inside brackets, because just stuffing all types of things inside them makes for 
confusion.

If sense 1 is always hanafuda I think we have to say so. It looked like it was a wildcard in hanafuda and a storm card in something else.. Since "gaji" is not a regular English term, some extra information is realy needed.
