職場の花」や「腰掛け」といった言葉は死語になりました。かつて女性を採用する目的といえば、男性従業員の「花嫁候補」つまり福利厚生の一環でした。女性の就労は「結婚までの腰掛け」と言われたものです。今にして思えば、完全なセクハラですね。
