二十六　組織変更　次のイ又はロに掲げる会社がその組織を変更することにより当該イ又はロに定める会社となることをいう。
(xxvi)　"Entity Conversion" means any change, through conversion, from a Company listed in (a) or (b) below, 
respectively, to another form of Company prescribed immediately thereafter in the following (a) or (b):
